INDIVIDUAL HOME INSPECTIONS  

SPECIAL PRICE $300 AUD for 1 Home Inspection - This service includes the home inspection, videos, photos and a voice report on the property and local area.  We also supply a list of recommended paperwork and will check yours for you. 

This service doesn't include submitting the paperwork for the rental application, connections of utilities or key handover.

Please note the $300 inspections are subject to location and the cost may increase depending on the location.  Please contact us to get a quote.

If you have seen a rental property online that you are interested in we can do an Individual Home Inspection for you.  

We will view, film and photograph the property for you, create a voice report on the property and the local area.  This gives you all the information you require to decide if it is the right home for your family.  

Additional services to secure and individual property 

If you have paid for a home inspection and require our help to secure the property.  The price will vary depending on additional services required, such as; Contacting and communicating with the agent on your behalf,  inventory report, property condition report, key handover and organising utility connections.  Please contact us to discuss our services and obtain a quotation.
