The Rental home search has been established to help you find the perfect rental for your arrival into Western Australia.  We have professional relationships with Real Estate Agents and an in-depth understanding of market conditions.  This means we can advise you on all aspects of securing a rental home and improve the chances of your offer being accepted.  We cover all areas of Perth down to Mandurah and everywhere in between.   

Our team are based around the city and live in their designated area so they are experts about each location and give you key information about schools, transport links and local amenities.  It is important to make sure you get the right property and we will be in 

communication with you and local agents from the start of the search till the key handover.

Once we have established your needs, we will source available rentals that meet them and share this information with you for your approval before arranging an inspection.  We are in constant communication with you to ensure we meet your needs.

At property inspections we take photographs and videos for you so you get a good overall perspective of the property. 

We will advise you on all documentation you require to secure a rental property in WA and communicate with the agent for you.  We provide a detailed list of documents and advise you on how to compile a strong application cover letter.  We check all the documents for you and submit the application for the main applicant.  We also communicate with the agent for you, this combined with the preparation of the documentation really improves your chances of securing the house you want.

Once you have decided on a property we will arrange everything for you and do our best to help you secure it, and make sure it is ready for your arrival (this can vary depending on your dates/plans), including the organisation of utility connections; including, gas, electric and water. We negotiate lease terms and make sure everything is agreed with the agents for you.  

We also arrange an airport transfer for you when you arrive, to make your arrival easy and stress free.  We use a wonderful reliable company who offer great rates and are always ready at the arrivals gate to great our clients.

The Rental Home Search includes inspections of up to 6 properties, with detailed feedback.  We view, film and photograph the properties for you, create a voice report of the property and the local area with our recommendations on the property.  This gives you all the information you require to decide if it is the right home for your family.  

6 inspections is usually enough to find a home to suit your needs, however, if this is not the case, we can offer individual  inspections charged at $100 AUD per viewing.  As above this includes detailed feedback of video, photos and a voice summary with our recommendations and all the services included above in the Rental home Search package. 

We love to meet our clients in person and we always aim to be there on the day you move in, to make sure everything goes smoothly for you.  (Occasionally we are unable to attend a key handover/move in day.  If this is the case we will let you know in advance and organise everything with the agent for you to meet with them.)
